Senior Project Manager – Landmark CBD Project | Brisbane

I’m working with an established interstate builder expanding into QLD, looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark Brisbane CBD project.

Project
Heavy refurbishment of an existing hotel / tavern, with the next stage involving detailed excavation and underpinning to the existing structure.
Complex, staged delivery in a live CBD environment with heritage constraints and ongoing design development.

Key Challenges

• Tight, restricted CBD site
• Complex logistics, traffic and pedestrian management
• Working within/around an existing structure
• Authority approvals and incomplete documentation

Role
Hands-on position with full ownership of programme, cost, risk, and stakeholders.
You’ll be expected to take control from day one and deliver with minimal oversight.

About You

• Proven builder-side PM experience
• Track record on complex projects
• Excavation / structural / refurb experience preferred
• Strong in CBD or constrained environments
• Commercially sharp with strong programme control
